Utara Brewing Company

UTARA
(oo-tah-rah)

Sanskrit Derivative: North of, or pertaining to the North, toward the North.
Utara is a British-style brew-pub serving hand-crafted beer made on site in our own small-batch, seven-barrel system, paired with fast-casual Anglo-Indian cuisine.

Our goal is to provide you with a flavorful, cultural and ethnic cuisine never before seen in the region. Our culinary and brewing experts will provide you with authentic ale and curry house pairings, all made in house with full-flavored Northwest classic beers!Whether you grab a quick bite to eat at lunch, show up for happy hour, or join us for our experimental and seasonal beer pairings, you will have an extraordinary experience!

Come check out our expanded menu and outdoor seating!  We are kid friendly (directly supervised by legal parent or guardian) and dogs are welcome on our outside patios. The kitchen is open during all posted hours of operations.

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
