88.5 KRFY, community supported radio for North Idaho, is in danger of going off the air. Thanks to many dedicated members of the community we have guaranteed means to stay on-air until March of 2012. The station’s financial expenses are $1500 per month. This is a bottom-line figure and only keeps KRFY on the air. It does not include future growth or equipment needs. Public Meeting 12/28/2011 5 PM East Bonner Public Library
Join us for a second public meeting to help determine the sustainability of KRFY Sandpoint Community Radio. We will convene at the East Bonner County Library at 5 pm Wednesday December 28th. The library is located at the corner of Cedar and Division in Sandpoint. We hope to convey to everyone attending what is necessary for community supported public radio to stay on the air.
