KRFY Morning Show hosts, Jim, Jack, Chris and Suzy invite you to tune in each Tuesday and Thursday morning at 8:00. Enjoy interviews, news and views that will inform and inspire you.

Tune in Tuesday, November 11th, for the Tuesday edition of the KRFY Morning Show. Host Suzy Prez will be sitting down with Emily Levine from Red Wheelbarrow Produce and students from the Forrest M. Bird Charter School to talk about the upcoming Holiday Fair. Tune in to Tuesday at 8 am on 88.5 KRFY.

Thursday, November 13th,  join Jack Peterson  for the Thursday edition of the KRFY Morning Show. His guest will be Nancy Dooley from the Idaho Conservation League. Tune in at 8 am on 88.5 KRFY.

KRFY-Decision2014ArtWorkWEB-SMOn Tuesday, November 4 – also known as Election Day – the KRFY Morning Show wrapped up its special Local Decision 2014 election series. Hosts Suzy Prez and Chris Bessler invited Bonner County Daily Bee editor, David Keyes in for a recap of candidates and issues as voters headed to the polls at 8 a.m.

Save the date for KRFY's Little Live Radio Hour in 2026

Our series of Little Live Radio Hour live concerts that we broadcast the third Tuesday of each month kicks off in 2026 on Tuesday, February 17. Be sure to save 7 p.m. to tune in to 88.5 FM for the live broadcast – or even better, come to listen in person. We’ll have details on the musicians and venue coming soon!

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
