Bay Trail Event & News Discussed At This Morning’s Interview

Wednesday, May 22 at 9:00 a.m., Nancy Dooley from the Idaho Conservation League was in the studio with Suzy Prez talking about the upcoming 2013 Bay Trail Fun Run on Lake Pend Oreille on June 1st. Alternative Healer Discusses Pain Relief Concepts with Ken Casler

Ken Casler was in the studio this morning around 9:00 AM interviewing Dr. Gabriel Duebendorfer on the topic of dealing with pain, naturally. They discussed the concept of exploring the idea of pain as a messenger and how it can be welcomed for ultimate relief. They also discussed some simple naturopathic suggestions of how to support the body during chronic pain episodes.

KRFY Little Live Radio Hour with Little Wolf band

KRFY’s Little Live Radio Hour 2026 season kicks off in an all-new venue: The Hive! Coming up Tuesday, February 17, stellar local musicians Justin Landis and Josh Hedlund, aka Little Wolf, will play. Listen live on air at 88.5 FM or streaming right here starting at 7 p.m. – or better yet come catch it in person at The Hive, our town’s state-of-the-art music hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. and everyone’s invited to come early for some socializing. The Little Live Radio Hour is produced in partnership with The Hive and the Festival at Sandpoint.

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
