Panida Theater Executive Director Patricia Walker-White and Becky Reback join Chris and Suzy, with discussion of the Panida's upcoming presentation of Oscar-nominated shorts as well as talk about the Panida's mission as a community performing arts center and art house theater.

Jan 21, 2015: Sandpoint Rock Gym / Tolerance Resolution

Lonesome jack is joined in the studio by Ammi Midstokke and Eric Fulgenzi from the Sandpoint Rock Gym, in to talk about some upcoming events and invite the community to come on down and see what rock climbing is all about. Then in the second half of the show, Cameron Rasmussen of the Sandpoint Reader drops by to talk about recent activity of the Sandpoint City Council, including the decision to withdraw the proposed Resolution supporting Refugee Resettlement.

The question of refugee resettlement in Idaho been a contentious topic locally, with the Bonner County Commissioners and Sandpoint City Council considering resolutions at least partially at odds on the subject. Mayor Shelby Rognstad and Commissioner Glen Bailey discuss the two resolutions and the reasoning behind each, with hosts Suzy and Chris.
