Their guests will be Mike Murray, Jim Mellen, and Shelby Rognstad who will be talking about the Pend Oreille Pedalers Bike Club and the Watershed Crest Trail. The KRFY Morning Show at 88.5FM, listener-supported community radio for North Idaho.
Wednesday, July 13, please tune in at 8 a.m. to the KRFY Morning Show with hosts Suzy Prez and Chris Bessler. Their guest will be Kim Woodruff, director of the City of Sandpoint Parks and Recreation. The discussion will focus on the Memorial Field grandstand renovation, an overview of our many city parks, and the services Parks and Recreation provides to our community. The KRFY Morning Show at 88.5 FM, listener-supported community radio for North Idaho.

KRFY Little Live Radio Hour with Little Wolf band

KRFY’s Little Live Radio Hour 2026 season kicks off in an all-new venue: The Hive! Coming up Tuesday, February 17, stellar local musicians Justin Landis and Josh Hedlund, aka Little Wolf, will play. Listen live on air at 88.5 FM or streaming right here starting at 7 p.m. – or better yet come catch it in person at The Hive, our town’s state-of-the-art music hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. and everyone’s invited to come early for some socializing. The Little Live Radio Hour is produced in partnership with The Hive and the Festival at Sandpoint.

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
