Coloradoan Mike Korbin interviewed on this week’s Between the Notes

Join us Tuesday evening, December 11 at 8 pm on 88.5 KRFY for another edition of “Between the Notes”.  This week’s guest is singer/songwriter Mike Kobrin. Mike lives on beautiful Redlands Mesa in western Colorado and spends as much time as possible playing his old Gibson acoustic guitar, jamming with neighbors and exploring the craft of songwriting. Please join us as Mike shares his unique perspective on songwriting and his original ballad-style songs.

A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
