Tuesday, October 9, at 10:00 am Bill Howell and Ann Sydow, members of the Northern Idaho Wolf Alliance, talked about the Constitutional Amendment called HJR-2 that will be voted on this November. Listeners learned about the amendment and the consequences of approval of such a ballot measure. .
