Wednesday, February 22, please join 88.5 FM KRFY Morning Show hosts Suzy Prez and John Rohyans. Their guests this week will be organizers of the Chafe 150 bike ride which benefits autism. See you at 8 a.m. on 88.5 FM, KRFY community radio.

Thursday, February 23, please tune in to the Thursday edition of the KRFY Morning Show with hosts Jack Peterson and Jim Healey as they sit down with the executive director of The Festival at Sandpoint, Dyno Wahl. That’s the Morning Show at 8 a.m. on 88.5 FM, KRFY community radio.

KRFY holiday spectacular live variety show

Celebrate the holidays. KRFY’s live radio show celebrating Christmas and the holidays is coming Friday, Dec 5, 7-9 p.m. at the Panida Theater. This variety show with all-local music, Christmas readings, skits and good humor has grown each year. You can tune in to 88.5 KRFY to hear the live broadcast – but even better, come share the warm holiday spirt and attend at the Panida. A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
