Monday, May 6, at 9:00 a.m. Jim Healey’s in-studio guests were Gail Bolin, president of the Kinnikinnick Native Plant Society (KNPS), and Bob Wilson, treasurer of KNPS. They talked about the Sandpoint Arbor Day ceremony and Kinnikinnick Native Plant Society Arboretum open house coming up on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Save the date for KRFY's Little Live Radio Hour in 2026

Our series of Little Live Radio Hour live concerts that we broadcast the third Tuesday of each month kicks off in 2026 on Tuesday, February 17. A note on KRFY funding

How has defunding and closure of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting affected KRFY? Our station is funded solely by listeners, supporters and underwriters and has never received funding from the CPB. But some syndicated shows KRFY airs will be affected. The National Federation of Community Broadcasters has prepared a statement on impacts of the CPB closure. Click to read it.
