Morning Show kicks off 2018 with diverse array of topics and speakers

The subjects range from veterinarians to legislators to remembering musicians – in the interesting talks lined up this week for the Morning Show on KRFY. Here’s what is on tap:

KRFY Morning ShowTuesday, January 2: Join Morning Show hosts Phil Hough and Julie Kallemeyn. They will be talking with local veterinarian Celeste Grace and veterinary tech Suzie Kretschmeyer who will discuss an international veterinary volunteer program. Wednesday, January 3: With the Idaho Legislature set to start up its annual session on January 8, Morning Show hosts Chris Bessler and Suzy Prez will take a look ahead to this year’s likely legislative agenda with District 1 Rep. Christmas-Bird-CountTuesday, December 19: Join Morning Show hosts Phil Hough and Julie Kallemeyn for invigorating – though possibly flighty – talk with Rich DelCarlo about the annual Christmas Bird Count, with some insights into those hearty bird species that winter over here.  Tune in at 8 a.m to 88.5 KRFY, or stream it online right here via the Live Stream button at right.

Christmas Offering in Sandpoint IdahoWednesday, December 20: Hosts Chris Bessler and Suzy Prez will explore the “reason for the season” in a talk about the meaning of Christmas with pastors from two local churches, Tim Yetter from Sandpoint Assembly of God and Colin Moody from Cedar Hills Church. The talk will include discussion of the community-wide Christmas Offering, in which their churches and eight others are collaborating to raise money for Freedom House and The Luke Commission. Legislative town hall Sandpoint Idaho
